Dear Daniel,
I hope this e-mail finds you well. I’m writing this letter because I have attended one of your conferences but unfortunately my experience was not very good, and I have to complain about the organization.
Firstly I have to clarify that I live in a city quite far from the town where the conference took place, in fact you offered me a paid taxi to go there. Unfortunately I have encountered some problems.
The taxi driver said that he was not paid by no one and insisted to be paid at that moment. I had to call the organization staff to clarify this issues but it caused a lot of delay, and consequently I miss the train that should have brought me to the conference.
Another point to consider is that not only I was late, I have also had problems at the reception. The receptionists insisted saying that I was not on the participant list, and I didn’t received the pass to attend the event. Fortunately I printed the ticket confirmation and just at that point the receptionists gave me my badge. But at that point the conference was almost at its end.
In conclusion with this e-mail I am asking you to be more careful with your guests, my experience was not good at all and I can’t definitely recommend your company to anyone. I hope that these were just some technical mistakes and that they won’t happen again.
