Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to express you some feedbacks regarding the course I attened on 24 July 2025. I enrolled in this course because I can see your power to create a complex program that can be useful in my future job.

Before attending this course, I expected that the course would provide a foundation for beginner. According to the description, It was supposed to start with some background information and provide some reading resources to starter. Therefore, I believe that an expert programming tutor would share some techniques and experiences with students

However, I was dissapointed with several factors of the course. Firstly, I found it is very difficult for beginner who just jumped into coding world. No foundation and reading resources were given in the course. In addition, a tutor talked about topics that not relat to programming course. As a result, I could not get any benefitial advice.

I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and offering a refund.
