Dear Mr Smith,

I am writing this letter to follow up about an interview that I attended on 24th October for the position of software developer.

During the interview which was conducted by Mr Shaw from the payments department, we discussed on technologies used currently in the company and its future vision for the growth. This not only intrigued but I also realized how my previous work experience will make a meaningful contribution. Additionally, I appreciated Mr Shaw to take me around the office floor and introduce me to few of the employees where I noticed on how they were collaborating and helping in solve the issues that were impacting the deliveries. This approach not only helps in delivering the projects efficiently and enhance the learning experience of an employee.

I am eagerly awaiting for a feedback on my interview performance, e, as it would greatly aid in my professional development.
