Through this letter, I want to convey you about sone important documents I left at your hotel after the meeting.
It was a pleasurable experience to be at your hotel for our company’s conference. The service provided by you was really commendable. Unfortunately, I forgot some of my crucial belongings while leaving the venue. There were secured in a brown plastic folder. I had the folder with me until I was in meeting room. Hence, I doubt it to be somewhere around the dining area. The binder contains my passport, job letter, and some business papers. I am flying out of the country next week. Therefore, I am in urgent need of the documents.
I will really appreciate if you can hold the file for me in the reception area. I will revisit the location in couple of days to collect the papers. I hope that you will understand my circumstances and help me. I will be really grateful to you.
