Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to notify you that one week ago, I attended a meeting at Marriott International Hospitality, and when I returned home, I felt that I had left my important document in your hotel during the get-together.

As far as I know, after the meeting, I went for lunch along with my friends in the coffee shop area. When I was sitting at the table for lunch, I think that I put my file on the bench.

This document is too essential for me because day after tomorrow, I shall be going to Mumbai for the interview, and I am preparing very well for this conference. Additionally, I have been waiting for this opportunity for the past four months.

I humbly request you if you could search for my file with your kind team. I hope that you will find the folder. Furthermore, I am sending my own house address on your WhatsApp. In case you dispatch the portfolio, I would be obliged to you.
