Respected Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to complain about my English lessons at your institution.

Last month, I choose to study English from your institution as my friend suggested me to. I saw many beautiful classes from your YouTube channel, watched some videos of you on social platforms and I was impressed for everything mentioned about inexperienced for example, knowledgeable tutors, updated material and so on.

However, I faced some problems with the lessons. Firstly, there was no class organization and the teacher lacked knowledge about English language. Secondly, the way of teaching was also different rather of appealing something, they did not try to clear me. Apart from this, the teachers talked about their personal life which wasted my time also.

I suggest that you improve your school by giving some knowledgeable staff and good understanding teachers. Also, they should focus on class plan. Dand suggest plan that it would be followed in a week. It would be helpful to improve your institution.
