Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to convey my dissatisfaction with the English classes I took at your school recently. Inconveniently, I found that the curriculum is not fully suitable for the purpose of learning the language properly.
I needed to learn the English language because I am moving to an English speaking country for work in the near future. I carefully chose your institution as it claimed to specialize in this area. However, after I joined the classes, it turned out that your course is more literature intensive rather than spoken language. As a result, after completing more than six months into it, I am still unable to perform basic conversations.
As a present student at your school, I would like to suggest that more consideration be given to the spoken area of the language course, so that students can achieve the desired level of proficiency in this part of the language.
Yours Faithfully,
