Dear Sir o Madam,
I write to you to express my unsatisfaction with the English lessons imparted in Launceston campus. I have been attending to the lessons for a month and I have noticed a few disappointed matters.Although, I choosed your school for its remarkable reputation in terms of teaching quality and excelent results, according with the reviews of previous students. Aditionally, it is the only school in the city where teachers track your improvement that it is crucial for my in this moment.
Despite the advantages of the course offers, I came across with undesirables situations that have had profound impacts in my learning process.Firstly, I think that the classroom is overcrowded since it is challenging to resolve any doubts that surge during the lessons as many students have questions. Another issue that I want to point out is the careless attitude of some teachers, who in multiples times do not attend to the class, moreover, they do not track the develop of their students, which is one of the main reasons hence I enroled in this school.
After these problems before mentioned, I would like to suggest you feasible solutions.I believe that lessons should be up to ten students per classroom to asure that every student be educated effectively. In regards to the teachers, I am sure that implementing a teacher evaluation weekly, they might be aware of the opinion of their students and improve their performance.Thank you for your time and I hope that this letter will be well recieved. I look forward to hearing from you.Yours Faithfully,
Pablo Lopez
