Dear Azamat,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing this letter with the purpose of apology of damaging your valuable book which you gave me kindly last week.
To begin with, I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to my apology for not keeping your book safe and clean. I am really sorry to not to be careful enough with it.
Into the bargain, I would like to express my concern about my careless with your book. Yesterday, while I was reading it, I accidentally spilled some tea on the pages. I tried to dry it rapidly, but some of it’s pages were very wet.
I would be very grateful if you could forgive me. I sincerely apologize for how I am disappointing. I will avoid this situation by buying new book for you and keeping old one for myself, so you don’t lose anything. This demonstrates how I respect our friendship.
I earnestly look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Ikrom.
