Dear Losa,

I hope you are well. I am writing to tell you something unfortunate what happened to your laptop which I borrowed a few days ago.

I was gentlely carrying to the laptop on my way home. Accidently I slipped and dropped it. I did not have any hurts but the problem is another thing. Screen had scrached and had been not able to turn on since that time. I felt terrible especially because I know you keep many reports in it.

I will go to the repair shop right away for fix your laptop and cover all the costs. Let me know if you need urgently work with reports in this laptop. I promise do my best to recover your files. I am waiting to your as soon as possible reply.

Once again, I really appologize to this situation I caused. It is all my fault.
