Dear Sir or Madam,

I am one of your customers, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an appliance that I have recently purchased from your reputable shop. On the 10th May I bought a new washing machine from your establishment. However, after trying to use this equipment at home, I discovered that it was not functioning properly.

After I had received the washing machine, I tried to wash some clothes, but I noticed that it failed to spin during the washing cycle. Subsequently, it leaves clothes wet but not clean. This has been inconvenient for me because I had purchased this machine to facilitate my daily washing needs.

Although I phoned your customer service to report the problem and spoke to one of your representatives, I was disappointed to find that no immediate action was taken to address the problem.

As the appliance is under warranty, I am entitled to ask for repairing or replacement. Thus, I have decided that I will like a replacement, and please review your service procedure because it is essential for the reputation and credibility of your store to address customer concerns promptly.
