Dear Customer Service Manager,
I am writing to report a problem with a recent online order that I bought from your company. On September 12th, I purchased a playstation 5 from your website with order code “22K0034”. Unfortunately, when the package arrived yesterday, I discovered that the device is not working properly.
Although i tried to solve the problem with reading a manual books, the device still won’t turn on. I immediately sent an email to your support address on the day of delivery. I have also attempted to call your customer service number thrice, but there is no response.
I expect this situation to be rectified promtply. I would like you to arrange for a replacement playstation 5 to be sent me in working condition, along with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item. If a replacement is not possible, i would expect a full refunded for the cost of the product.
