Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to complain about a bluetooth speaker, which I recently bought from your store on 15 April 2023.

The main problem is that the item was damaged and the service was poor. I was very disappointed because I really expected better quality and service from your shop as my best friend recommended your shop.

Because of this issue, I wasted my time as well as money. It caused stress to me. This caused a lot of trouble and frustration.

I would appreciate it if you could replace the speaker. I hope you will deal with this matter quickly and fairly.
