Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to explain my complain about a smartphone which was brought from your online shop . When i borrowed it my home, i have noticed some disadvantages. As i write for that.

If i write about some negative issues which are belong to the phone. After i used it for call someone , it did not worked, also i could not hear each caller. For that reasons , i decided to write to you .

If i need to show some examples about disadvantages which are affected to me . Firstly, nowadays it hard to communicate with someone without phone. Certainly , it has effected my life also i really tired to use charger. I think it has broken. From my observation its micraphone has not been working ,as i could not listen to music or could not watch movies without listen it. It was really bad for me . Exactly , i very suffered from that.

I really want to know your reply to my complain and i would like to you will rechange phone or give my money . As i write you care about what is you will rechange or give my money.

I do hope , you care about this matter and reply my reject frequently. I wait your answer with feeling eagerly.
