Dear Stock Manager at Lidl,
I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. I am writing regarding my disappointing purchase at Watford. I bought a fresh yellow melon and 2 packs of strawberries today. When I came home, I realized that the berries had moulded and melon had ripped too much. Any of these fruits should not be used for furthermore consumption, because of health and safety.
I checked online my purchase summary and I will provide you with the following information: the Watford Lidl Store with code 5744, on 6 Lime Tree Court Street. I have been there on September 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM. As proof, I will send you via email attachment and a photo of the conditions of these fruits.
I would like to get more information about the action, which you would like to take. I ask about a full refund and discount on my next purchase, because of the loyal customer.
Thank you in advance for considering and solving my issue.
Yours faithfully,
Nikoleta Lukacova
