Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Behzad Shahrazi. I was one of the participants of the cookery course that you recently held and I am writing this letter to express my feedback about it.

At first, I have to say that the quality of this course was great. The instructor was so kind and he was completely dominant on his work. In addition, all of participants had their own equipment, so we could try every tips that we were thought which was really enjoyable.

Before attending to this course, I did not have that much experience in cooking. Although I could prepare some simple foods, I was not able cook more complex dishes such traditional foods.

Since I finished this course, I feel that I want to go further and I think I am ready to learn how to cook some international foods. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could suggest me suitable courses in this field.
