Dear sir,

My name is Purvik Patel, and I was enrolled in your Indian cookery course. I am writing to share my course experience.

Before taking this course, I was an amateur at making food. I believed that I would never be able to make any dish on my own. Now, I am able to prepare delicious food, and that is all because of the helpful tips and assistance provided to me during this course. Moreover, one thing that aided me the most is the correct sequence and timings of adding all the spices, which helps in not only taste but also enhances the aroma of the dish.

Recently, during the Diwali festival, I prepared an Indian dish called butter paneer masala, and in the first try, I made it exceptionally well. All the guests and family members praised it a lot; when I tasted it, even I was not believing that I prepared that. Additionally, I am also looking to learn to make Chinese food. If you would provide me with assistance in making those dishes, I will be delighted.
