Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Behzad Shahrazi, and I was one of the participants in the recent cookery course. I am writing this letter to share my feedback on the experience.

First, I must say that the quality of the course was excellent. The instructor was not only kind but also highly skilled and knowledgeable. Additionally, it was very enjoyable that each participant had their own set of equipment, allowing us to practice every technique we were taught.

Before attending this course, my cooking experience was limited. Although I could prepare simple dishes, I struggled with more complex recipes, such as traditional dishes.

Since completing the course, I have been motivated to cook more frequently and experiment with new recipes. I feel ready to expand my skills further and would be delighted if you could offer courses on international cuisine.
