Dear Sir or Madam,

Hope you’re doing well. My name is John. I recently completed the cookery course taught by Mr. Adam Ray. I am writing to you today to give feedback about my experience during this course.

The first thing that attracted me to this course was the fact that it was being taught by an industry professional, and this actually made the difference in learning. His instructions were crystal clear, and his teaching methods made everything feel fun. I enjoyed cooking various types of cuisines. The class environment was so helpful and there was proper support available from the instructor throughout the duration of the lessons.

Since then, I’ve been cooking nearly every day and my family is loving it. Now that I feel comfortable with cooking, I was thinking of starting to learn how to bake. Therefore, I wanted to suggest that it would be great if your school starts a baking course. Furthermore, I talked to my classmates from the previous course regarding this and they were also interested in learning how to bake.
