Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfication with the eye examination I had in at your clinic.

I visited for eye examination on June 12, 2026, and my appointment was scheduled for 2.00 PM. It was my first visit, and I chose clinic for my yearly eyesight check-up. I expected a carefull and professional assessment, however, experience did not meet my expectations.

The examination felt rushed, as it lasted less than ten minutes. The optician also did not clearly answer my questiones about my vision changes and the problems I has been faced on regular basis. In addition, after collecting my new glasses from one weeks ago, I have been experiencing headaches, which makes me doubt the accuracy of the test.

I would appreciate it if my re-examination could be arranged at no extra cost. I also request that a different optician conduct my test. Based new assessment, I would like the glasses could be replaced or corrected.
