Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Bred White and I have an issue. On the last Thursday I was arriving from Manchester station to London and during the trip, I realized that I had lost my bag on the departure station. I really hope that you could help me.

I settled in a fourth carriage on a train that departs daily at 5 p.m. from Manchester. It was on Thursday 12th of June. My bag might be lost on a platform.

I can describe what my bag looks like and what was inside it. It is black purse with zipper on a center, two white stripes on each side and two white handles. Inside this baggage were three t-shirts – yellow, brown and black with no prints on any of it. Also, it was a pair of trousers which have an extra pocket on a right side. At last but not least, I lost my passport which suppose to be in this bag.
