The purpose of my writing today is to lodge a complaint on misleading product description in the website.
To begin with, my recent purchase of sofa on 5th August 2024 in your platform, hasn’t met the mentioned criteria, on top of that sofa had a minor damage at the time of delivery.
Given that in website it was shown that sofa is made with leather coating, but the furniture which I received has matt coating that to of cheap quality.
Overall, considering the above, given the aforementioned scenario, based on what I have provided you today, conclusively I suggest you to inspect the goods before they reach to the customer.
I am looking forward to seeing how my suggestions translate into prompt actions from your side. Your kind cooperation would be most appreciated. Furthermore, an open line of communication, from your side, in this case would greatly help out.
