Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you in concern about my house shifting through your company that took place last week on Tuesday. I moved from Redcliff to Emersons Green. The stuff included: furniture, electronic appliances and my luggage. It took 40 minutes on your minibus to transfer all the things.
During my settlement with your company, you assured me of the safety of my belongings during the journey. But unfortunately, my LCD got damaged due to the pressure of some other thing on it as it was sensitive and broke down. Its screen is mostly damaged, and we cannot see properly through it. I am really worried about it as the Television was new and was only used for two days.
So now, can you please fix my problem and repair the device as it is your company’s policy to reimburse the price of the damage caused by you.
