Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention to a heating system which not working appropriately in our flat. A few days before I have shifted in your apartment with my two kids and husband and I find this issue.

Today, around 10 AM I had turned on the central heater at our home and was expecting to feel the warm in few minutes but after an hours, I get to know that it is not working. Initially, I believed that there must be an issue with adjusting temperature, but when I checked, it was completely perfect.

As I mentioned, I am living with my sons and it is hard for them to handle the coldness. This is not only issue for our children but we also cannot sleep in this cold in night and it afffects on our next day as we don’t feel fresh at work.

To get a good sleep and comfortness of our children, I want you to resolve this problem at your ealiest convenience. We were expecting more colder atmosphere in coming days that is why I kindly request that you repair it as soon as possible.
