Dear Landlord,

I am writting to inform you about an issue that I am facing while staying in your apartment. First of all air conditioner is not working and the kitchen sink is also broken, and there is very limited storage space, and the neighbour on my left make so much noises.

This situation has caused sigificant inconveniene because I moved into your apartment recently. Dealing with noisy neighbour, and bad air conditioner is affecting my sleep. Because of that I am getting late from work. The sink is also broken in consequence i cannot wash my dirty dishes. However, i can adjust the storage.

I would appreciate it, if u could arrange a plumber, and the Ac technician who can fix air conditioner, and sink. One more thing, can you call neighbour apartment and tell them to make less noise after midnight, and please reply me as soon as possible.
