Dear Sir,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to inform you that I have founded severl problems in the appartment that were not mentioned when we singed the lease agreement. The appatment was supposed to be with fully funcationing applainces.Unfortunately, when I arrived at the appartment I tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it did not work. In addition, the washing machine also was not function as a result I could not do my lundery which makes the situation more difficult.

Thoes problmes makes living in the appartment unconfortable because I cannnot do my lundery or staing in an convinte room without air conditioner. especially during the summer when these applainces are realy necessary.Therfore, I would like to ask you to fix unfucatoning applaincese as soon as possible you could or replace them with working applainces. If you could not do either them than I have to terminate the rental agreement and requset fully refund.I hope you consider my requset.Looking forward.Yours faithfully,Mohamed Rouabeh
