Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Ogunlade Emmanuel, and I work as an accountant for the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists’ Board of Nigeria. I just relocated to Abuja due to a work transfer, and I need an apartment. I learned from a friend that you advertised a suitable apartment for rent.

However, I am looking for a 3-bedroom house with minimum of 3 toilets including visitor’s toilet. Additionally, I want a place that has a backyard that children can use for a playground and an accommodation where pets are allowed.

I would like to inquire about your apartment, could you please inform me about the yearly cost and whether it is fully or partly furnished? I would also like to know, if I can share the apartment with someone. lastly, I want to know if you are leaving in the premises where the advertised house is located.
