I hope you are doing well and so in every one in your family. Last week i moved to your Neighbourhood, Iam sorry about that by mistake my brother damaged your car’s bumper.

I regret to inform you you that during unloading a soffa from the moving van , my brother incidentally slipped on road due to banana’s outter shell due to soffa’s leg maked a big scratch on your car’s bumper .

Furthermore we tried to inform about this situation on that day but other society members said that you are out of the city for weekend activities . In addition I decided to write a to apologise about my brother’s mistake.

Moreover , My family decided to fix this scratches and we booked a appointment from a five star hotel rated mechanic , He said he will fix this scratches like a brand new car .

Please accept my apologies.
