Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to apply for a job vacancy advertised in a local restaurant on 27th August

Nowadays, I am living in Tashkent as a student. I need some extra money to cover my living expenses. Moreover, I cannot work full-time as I have classes in the morning. Therefore, I decided to apply for this part time vacancy.

Before I came to Tashkent, I lived in Andijan. At that time, I worked at a local café called “Nuroniy” as a chef. My father is a professional chef, and I have been learning about cooking meals and other foods since 2011. My father taught me everything I know. In fact, I have 13 years of experience in this field. I have also attended plenty of chef competitions as well as I am a three-time national champion in my country. Additionally, I am extremely fastidious about cleanliness, which I believe is one of my top qualities as an employee.

I noticed that this is a part time job.I prefer work all day. Nevertheless, I would be available to work after 4 p.m due to I have classes in a university until 4 p.m

In addition, I can work full time at the weekends.
