On the 22nd of March this year, I published a washing machine from your store on Blackburn Road (model #552, sold under a two-year general purpose warranty). Since then, I have used the washing machine only twice, but it has now broken down, and I believe it to be beyond fixing. In particular, the lint trap seems to be totally broken. I suspect that it broke at the end of my second use cycle, as I heard a sharp cracking sound, and now the machine refuses to even turn on.
I would appreciate if the store could send a technician to examine this defect. Naturally, if this is not possible, I would like either a full refund, as promised by the warranty, or an equivalent exchange for another washing machine. Please let me know at your earliest opportunity which option is preferable to you.Yours sincerely,
