Dear sir,

I’am writing this to you for an urgent issue that i’am facing after purchasing a faulty electronic device from your store recently. Firslty, i’am mentioning the details of adevice to bring in your knowledge, it is a washing machine of Dawlance company, Model no: B2G11. It is black in color and it is two in one dryer+washing machine. I have purchased it last week on Sunaday i.e: 23.08.2025.

Now coming to the problem that has just began with the very 1st round of the washing that it stopped working before completing its time, even afer so many attempt of reseting, it stopped before 15 minutes, so it is a major fault that cannot be pass over without giving due attention and when it has the warranty of five years.

So i want your store to check it and exchange it with the one that is not faulty as my machine is in warranty and i don’t want to keep faulty device because it could cause issues in future also.
