Dear sir/ma

I’m writing in regards to the pink pair of iron plated running shoes I purchased from your online store on the 14th of April 2026 which arrived 3 days later. On arrival the I noticed I was sent the wrong size 38 instead of the size 42 and also the quality of shoe was quite low as compared to the others I’ve bought in the past and due to this I’m unable to train with this shoe for city’s marathon dated in 4 days time and I would like for my proper size and great quality to be sent to me as soon as possible.

As a return customer of this particular shoe, I’ve spoken highly of the quality of this specific brand to others so i believe this was a mistake and an oversight on the manufacturing and packaging side. This shoe would help me achieve my streak on the annual marathon I’ve always done running 10 years now.

I kindly request that a pink size 42, iron plated running shoe be sent to me in time for the marathon. Thank you for your prompt reponse
