Dear sir or madam,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment and register a formal complaint for receiving a defective portable speaker that I had ordered during the black friday sale from your website.
I had placed my order (Order ID 123456) on November 25th for a JBL Essential 425 bluetooth speaker. The description online stated that the battery life is 24 hours after a full charge. Upon receiving the speaker, I charged it for five hours as mentioned in the manual. I connected the bluetooth to my phone after unplugging from the charger. After using it for about 15 minutes, it notified for a low battery level. I replugged the charger and then was able to use the speaker. The battery is draining drastically when not plugged in which is completely in contrary of the 24 hour battery life feature.
I request you to replace this product as there are no company service centres near my place of residence. I am hoping that the necessary action will be taken as soon as possible.
