Dear Sir / Mam,

My name is Rachmat and two weeks ago, I have bought a printer from your web market. However, right now, the printer can not be used anymore. When I was printing few documents two days ago, it suddenly let out a long beep sound and stopped working. I turned off the printer immediately. After I disconnected the wire, I waited for 10 minutes then I turned it back on. The printer was on but it could not printed anything. The prompt said that there was an error and I needed to contact the technician.

This problem has been affected my work greatly since I have to print out documents almost every day. I had to bring my file to the nearest printing store to print my documents which was very troubling.

I kindly request that your company could solve the problem. I have read in the warranty note that the printer is covered by your company service in several terms, and I hope that this situation is included into one of those terms.

Thank you in advance for your attention and cooperation. I am looking forward to your reply as soon as possible.
