Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

I am one of your loyal customers and I ordered a dress from your website called stopnshop.com on 8th od july. I recieved my parcel after 20 days of placing an order and the fact that it was all stained pissed me even more. I palnned on wearing that dress to my sister’s wedding which obviously passed because it didn’t arrive on time. This is such a huge blunder on either your side or the courier company’s side. I need you to investigate on this issue and I want either a new dress which is definately not stained or a full refund as soon as possible and for next tim, you should me more careful with your orders especially while handling them. You guys should package it in a better way to prevent it from ripping or staining. I hope a take an action against this and I’ll recieve a positive reply from you.
