I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with service that I recently encountered at me to buy about the issue, who explained me that my ticket was not valid because of its improper print which made it impossible to scan for traveling. Further, I repurchased a new ticket beand compensation for the inconvenience. Moreover, please train your staff to improve customer service standards and ensure that machines work properly at all times. I believe you will consider my suggestion and will take immediate action to resolve this issue.
