I hope this letter find you in good spirits. I am writting to express my dissatisfaction about an online order i placed from your store. I ordered a sofa bed on 12th Febuary from your store at surrey location.
I sincerely apologize of any inconvinience my letter may cause. I know, you are a very busy person and have a tight scheldule to work with. However, i greatly appreciate you attending to my problrm.
To begin with, the pillow set that comes with the furniter was missing due to which the sofa set looks incomplete.Additionally, its really difficult to rest my back against the sofa without the pillows. Moving on, i just noticed that one of the leg on the left side of sofa is broken. Its possible it may have been damaged during shipping or it could be a manufacturing defect.
To summerize, i would like a new sofa set of the same color delivered to my house. Due to damaged leg and missing pillows i would like you to ship me new sofa set and the shippers can pick up the old set at the time of delivery.
