Dear sir,
I am writting this letter in regards to my resent purchase of new coffe machine from your store. I bought the coffee machine on 20th of september via online and my order arrived on time and i appriciate that but i have one discertisfication about my item.
When my package arrived i was not at homeand after an hour i got home and i noticed a slight damage on the side of the box. Later when i opend the box i noticed that handle for the steemer was broken. Furthermore, The electric cord was missing as well. Then i went to check my camera and found out the damage on thew box was caused by the delivery driver throwing the on the floor.
I would like to get a new coffee machine or refund as i spend a lot off money on this item and i was not accepting this blunder by your company. Hope you can reach to a conclusion as soon as posible. hope to hear from you soon.
