Dear Harry,

I am writing to apologize for not being able to attend youur formal dinner party because of my uncertain plan.

I hope you had fun in your dinner party. I was really excited about your dinner party but i had to pick up my dad from the airport. my dad had been in the foreign for more than 5 years.All of a sudden i got a call from my brother saying dad will be landing today and i have to pick him up as he had an important meeting to attend. Meeting dad after three years and also got a chance to pick him, i didnt wanted to miss that opportunity.

I am deeply sad not being able to attend the party that we planned a month ago. We group of three always used to talk about this day to come but my uncertain plan changed all the fun we were planning.

But this is not the end of the world. As my dad came from foreign my dad is planning my trip with you guys which will be way better than we planned for the dinner.

Looking forward to plan for the trip.
