I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the course that I recently enrolled in after reading your brochure.

According to the brochure, this short-term computer course is mainly designed for beginners and provides practical training to improve their basic skills, such as Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of Microsoft excel. It also mentioned that students would receive individual attention from instructors and practice on computers. As I wanted to improve my computer skills for future employment opportunities, so I decided to join this course.

However, after attending a few classes, I realized that this course is very different as advertised. Most lessons are theory-based, and students get very little time to use computers. Also, some of the important topics, such as how to make presentation and how to use MS-excel have not been covered yet. In addition, there are a lot of students in this batch, which makes it difficult to receive personal attention from the teacher. Because of this, I am not able to learn the skills that I expected when I joined the course.

I would appreciate if you could transfer me to basic English-speaking Course instead. I believe this English-speaking Course would not only help me to improve my communication skills but also build my confidence.

I would be grateful for your assistance in changing my course at your earliest convenience.
