Dear Mr. Asad,

I am writing this letter in regard to the recent LED I bought from your store.

As you know, I recently purchased a new TCL LED tv from you last Monday around 2:30 PM. It was a 55-inch mini LED, consisting of three HDMI ports. Its model no. is 3345-P and serial no. is 44567.

I picked up this television for my multimedia needs and was shocked to find out that one of the HDMI ports was not working. Upon connecting, the port was not able to transfer the image from my laptop to the screen. I am still able to hear the sound, but the display remains blank.

Holidays are just around the corner and i was really looking forward to enjoying it during the holidays. I would really appreciate it if you could deliver a replacement of this product to me by tomorrow afternoon.
