Dear Store Manager,
I am writing to complain about an electronic item that I purchased from your store on 28 June 2026. The product is a wireless Bluetooth speaker, which I bought after receiving positive recommendations from your staff.
Unfortunately, the speaker stopped functioning properly after only a few days of use. The battery runs out very quickly, even after being fully charged, and the sound quality has become poor, with crackling noises occurring at moderate volume levels. In addition, the power button does not respond consistently, making it difficult to switch the device on and off.
As the product is practically new and these problems appeared within a short period of time, I believe it may be defective. I would therefore appreciate it if you could either replace the speaker with a new one or provide me with a full refund. I still have the receipt and warranty card and can bring them to the store if required.
