Sub : Request for Replacement of a Faulty Electronic Product
Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you about a problem with an electronic product that I bought from your store.
Last week, I purchased a wireless Bluetooth speaker from your store. It worked well for the first few days, but now it is not working properly. The speaker does not turn on after charging it for some hours. I have also tried using a different charger, but the problem still continues.
I am disappointed because the product stopped working after only a few days. I believe there may be a manufacturing defect.
I would be grateful if you could replace the speaker with a new one. If that is not possible, I would like to receive a full refund. I kept the receipt and the original packaging, and I am ready to bring to the store.
