Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Aisha, one of the community members in Asolo. I am writing to express my interest in the vacancy for the position of a volunteer.

I am keen on supporting the elderly to assit them in perform activities of daily living such as; assisting them in bathing, sitting and shopping, having this opportunity will help me to continue this process, and this would in turn help me in been patience, tolerant, and experience on how to live with people of all ages.

Currently, I am studying computer engeneering at the University of Lagos. I have five years at hand experience in teaching computer, I potray various skills in technology, which includes; tutoring, how to use basic technological equipment, and coding.

As mentioned earlier, I am in my 300 level, and I am entitled to six- months break to enable me learn a skill, so I have decided to dedicate this to work with the elderly. Also, I have a project on coding that I am working on, and I will be available to offer this service mondays through wednesdays from 8: 00 am to 3: 00 pm.
