Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the unresolved plumbing and heating issues in my apartment, despite having reported them on several occasions.

It is currently winter, and I would expect the heating to be functioning properly; however, my room remains extremely cold. Additionally, the sink in my kitchen is clogged, resulting in persistent drainage issues.

These issues have made the past few months very difficult for me. I have been unable to properly study for my upcoming examinations due to the low temperature in my room. Furthermore, my kitchen has become unsuitable for preparing meals, which has significantly affected my daily routine and living conditions.

I would therefore appreciate if you could arrange for a qualified technication to inspect and repair both the heating system and the plumbing issues. Given the discomfort this situation has caused, I would be grateful for your prompt attention to this matter.
