Dear Mr. Smith,

Firstly, I am writing to inform you about a serious plumbing issue in my apartment. The kitchen sink has been leaking continuously for the past three weeks. As a result, water collects on the floor every day, and it has become very difficult to cook or clean. Moreover, the dampness is creating an unpleasant smell and may damage the cabinets.

Secondly, I have already contacted you several times regarding this matter. In addition, I sent two emails last week and left a voicemail yesterday. However, I have not received any reply from you so far. Therefore, I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

Finally, I expect you to take immediate steps to resolve this problem. In order to fix the issue, please arrange for a plumber to visit within the next five days. Furthermore, I kindly request you to confirm the appointment date in writing. Hence, I will be assured that the repair will be completed without further delay.
