Dear Bob,

I am writing this letter with a great concern regarding the frequenrt issue with the plumbing which I already addressed multiple times but no response has been taken yet. I request you to take an immediate action.

To begin with, it has been more than six months that the kitchen pipe has started leaking. Due to this pathetic situation, we cannot even use our kitchen to cook food instead, ordering from outside. I tried to connect you several times not only by phone but also through text messages. However, you did not respond. It is totally not acceptable though we are paying the rent monthly without any due.

Hence, I am requesting again to consider this matter and send someone to resolve it as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will break the lease agreement and leave the home without giving notice period as we do not have any other option.
