Dear landlord,

I am writing to inform to about the defects of plumbing in my bathroom. I have been adjusting in this apartment with the over flow of water in my bathroom over a year. There is a water linked in one of the connection in my bathroom pipe. It almost been a year asking land load to fix it yet I could get any positive reponse. Moreover, the water linked if giving me a lot of challenges like overflow of water, the sounds of it drop really disturbing and sometimes it leads to an unpleasant odour. After much consideration, I have decided to call a plumber and work on it fixation but in return landlords must deduct some house rent for this month.

I would be really grateful if you could look into it as soon as possible. I am looking forward for you responding.
