Dear principal,

I hope this message finds you great spirits. This is Arjun Yadav, and I am a student of Pre-intermediate level in your well-known college. I am writing this letter to complain about my distress and dissatisfactory regarding the substandard teaching quality and resources.

I was very excited to begin and explore a new journey, and made up my mind to join the language course. But, unfortunately, the teacher has no control over incorrigible students, and share his personal irrelevant experiences. Furthermore, we have barely listening sessions, and most of the headphones are not functional.

It has been approximately three months, I find no improvement in my English. My concentration is diverted, due to distractions during the lecture, which is directly affecting drastically my confidence and fluency.

I request you to replace our teacher with someone dutiful and responsible. I suggest you change the headsets with new ones. I look forward to seeing your prompt and positive response.
