I am writing to complain about the course that unsatisfied with the quality of teaching and the course are giving a materials.

This issue has caused with the course does not meet the expectations and materials are outdated. Also, my teacher is often unprepared, that cause a lesson are disorganised.

I would appreciate it if the course materials will update , improve the course sturcture and replace the teacher with a better-trained instructors. Alternatively, i would like to transferto another group.

I trust that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter.I look forward to hearing from you soon.
